sloping sojourn

The project is a temporary artists' residence located in the middle of Wollaton Park. The design intent was to make the intervention as subtle as possible, to not take the focus away from nature. The slanted roof forms allude to the slopes on the site and timber slats mimic the tree-lined forest, as though the house itself arose from the landscape.
